Yay for friend coming home at last!
Since I've been home, only one friend from high school has been in the area, and after only being able to see her once, she was back on her feet again, this time back to San Francisco before her senior year of college there starts. Another friend is finally home, hopefully for good, for the summer, so we have seen each other a few times, just catching up.
Since we live in the lovely suburbs, there are manly places to go, but money is usually needed. We try our best to make due and enjoy the surroundings.
We went around downtown Arlington Heights for some frozen yogurt, we call it froyo, and just walked and chatted each other's ears off. The weather was questionable. Thankfully it didn't rain on us, but we got to view the water fountain and the fantastic looking sky. I took this picture when we were sitting by the water fountain. I thought the sky looks awesome for an HDR experiment, so I took some photos. I actually did two different versions of the same set because I like both of them. Which do you like better?
